Hosted Microsoft Exchange – Microsoft Outlook for Small Business
We are pleased to introduce Hosted Microsoft Exchange services to our product lineup. We have partnered with one of the premier Hosted Exchange providers in the industry and can offer out clients the convenience and stability of enterprise class email solutions. For a low monthly fee, you can have all of the benefits of a full Microsoft Exchange environment without the expense of server infrastructure, datacenter space or IT staff. You can access your mail over the web using Outlook Web Access, or via Outlook on your desktop.
Emails plans start at $9.95/month for a 3 Gig inbox.
Accessing your email, calendar and contacts on your mobile device is supported via ActiveSync for windows based devices and iPhones, and Blackberry Enterprise Server for Blackberry devices. Blackberry services are and additional $10.95/month, plus a setup fee of $35.00. There is no additional cost for ActiveSync.
SharePoint Services
In addition to Hosted Exchange, we also provide SharePoint services for collaboration. Users in your organization can easily create, manage and build their own collaborative websites and make them available throughout the organization. This is perfect for small organizations with remote user who need to share documents, calendars, contacts lists etc. 100MB of sharepoint services are included in the basic Hosted Exchange package, but larger space allocations are available.
Google Apps
Google Apps is a simple way to use Google services, notably Gmail, for your small business. Mail to your domain ([nohide]joe@joe.com[/nohide]) will be directed to Google’s Gmail service so that you can get your mail using Gmail’s web interace or download your mail to Outlook. Activesync is available for mobile devices, as are contacts and calendar syncing. While this service is not as bullet proof as hosted exchange, it is an excellent solution that leverages Google’s infrastructure.
Google Apps alos provides access to Google Docs, Google Sites, shared calendars and contacts. There are two flavors of Google Apps, a free service that is advertisement supported, and an inexpensive pay service with no advertisements.
